Travis Scott Pleads Guilty To Disorderly Conduct At Arkansas Concert

In May 2017 Travis Scott was arrested for inciting a riot at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion.  He instructed his audience to rush the stage and bypass the security, putting the safety of all in danger.  Thus, making the Benton County Sheriff’s Office take him into custody after the concert ended.  He was later released on his own recognizance.

Last month the rapper took a plea agreement with the courts, where they dropped the charges of inciting a riot and endangering the welfare of a minor and in return he pled guilty to disorderly conduct.  In addition, he was ordered to pay $640 in court costs and also $6,825.31 to two people who were injured at the show.

Scott’s attorney, Jon Nelson of Norwood and Norwood Law Firm said, “He didn’t feel that he was responsible for the injuries, but he felt bad and wanted to do the right thing,” He continued. “We thought the police way over-charged him. In the end, we feel that the prosecutors did the right thing.”

Travis and Kylie Kardashian recently gave birth to their baby girl, Stormi.  Now that his legal woes are behind him, he can focus more time on his family.  See Travis Scott live in concert.

Kevin Gates to Headline JMBLYA & Common Grounds Music Festivals

Ever since being released from prison Kevin Gates has been silent.  He hasn’t made much noise, but for his first performance since being released he will hit the festival scene.

Kevin is scheduled to headline the JMBLYA Music Festival May 4 thru May 6, in Dallas, Austin and Houston.  This festival will include other hit acts, including Migos, Cardi B, Playboi Carti, Trippie Redd, Bun B, and Trae The Truth.

In July he’ll be in Lansing, MI for the Common Grounds Music Festival.  Other acts on this docket includes, Gucci Mane, T-Pain, and Supa BWE.

After being released from jail in April 2017 for kicking a woman at one of his past 2016 concerts Kevin Gates was detained for a previous gun possession case in Chicago and sentenced to 30 months for that charge.  He was released Jan 2018 after serving a total of 15 months behind bars.  6 months for kicking the woman, then 9 months for the gun charge.

Kevin has been seen on social media with his family after being released, but has not made any show appearances yet.  The music festivals are the first scheduled performances for the Baton Rouge rap artist.  Will you attend a Kevin Gates concert and support?  Leave your comment below.
